Lammershoek’s core competencies and company strengths lies in its natural resources and the people working with it. As can be seen in the above company description we have a very long history of viticulture and winemaking. With some of the highest concentrations of old bush vines to be found in South Africa, Lammershoek’ s grapes have become a sought after product which we are contacted for regularly by other high end cellars to procure for themselves as what has happened in the past. Instead of selling these grapes at great profits we rather add value to the product itself in the form of our wine ranges offered above. Our vineyards are between 30 and 52 years of age, dry land farmed and hence producing very small quantities of highly concentrated berries in terms of flavor and structure.

We look very much forward to what the man can deliver to the cellar in upcoming vintages.
